Insight Treatment Center Featured on the Santa Clarita KHTS Radio show, Teen Mental Health! 

Insight’s Dr. Trevor Small, Director of Clinical Development and Faith Chappell, Director of Insight’s Academic Day Program were interviewed to discuss how school closures have negatively affected teens mental health. These days teens are feeling more isolated, anxious and depressed as connection with their peers has been cut off.

Faith Chappell has been working in the education field for many years and is a behavior & mental health advocate and special education consultant. Faith was able to provide great advice to parents on how they can advocate for their teens as schools discuss how to reopen, and allow kids with special accommodations to come back first.

Insight will be doing on-going shows with KHTS regarding teen mental health and what our community can do to support them and their families. Please tune in on Mondays at 2:00 P.M. to KHTS FM 98.1 and KHTS AM 1220
