Clinical Director, El Segundo
Insight is hiring a Clinical Director for the IOP program in El Segundo. The program hours are afternoon and early evening, with group hours Monday through Thursday from 4-7pm. Some responsibilities can be completed remotely.
Requirements:
- Licensed mental health professional.
- Ability to supervise Associate level therapists to accrue hours toward licensure.
- Must have good communication skills and ability to supervise a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
Experience:
- Ideal candidate will have experience in supervision of clinical staff as well as program management.
- Experience and passion for working with teens and families required.
- Experience working with substance abuse a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical director will be responsible for day-to-day implementation of treatment program schedule and staff supervision.
- Will carry a small case load.
- Will assist in evaluations of new clients.
- Will be responsible for coordinating communication and scheduling with parents.
- Will facilitate weekly parent group and multifamily group.
Salary: based on qualifications and experience.
