Clinical Director in Merced

Title: Clinical Director

Insight is hiring a clinical director for the IOP. The program hours are afternoon and early evening, with group hours Monday through Thursday from 4-7pm. Some responsibilities can be completed remotely.

Requirements: Licensed mental health professional. Ability to supervise Associate level therapists to accrue hours toward licensure. Must have good communication skills and ability to supervise a multi-disciplinary clinical team.

Experience: Ideal candidate will have experience in supervision of clinical staff as well as program management. Experience and passion for working with teens and families required. Experience working with substance abuse is a plus.

Responsibilities: Clinical director will be responsible for day-to-day implementation of treatment program schedule and staff supervision. Will carry a small case load. Will assist in evaluations of new clients. Will be responsible for coordinating communication and scheduling with parents. Will facilitate weekly parent group and multifamily group.

Salary: Salary based on qualifications and experience.
