We’re very proud of the work we do here at Insight Rehab. For years, we’ve helped so many wonderful teens to improve their lives in so many different ways. Now, we’re expanding, adding another location in the South Bay. This will allow us to help more teens and families than ever before. By helping teens as well as their families to find that both help and hope exist, our intensive outpatient treatment can improve lives all over the southern California area.
Insight Rehab Treatment Programs
One of the major things that we believe in is that adolescent issues can’t be treated by just addressing any one part of their lives. It may seem like that’s the case, but in the long run, it’s not as effective. Addressing family issues, relationship ones, school grades, depression, drug use and the like is all important, but treating each of those in a vacuum, by itself, doesn’t lead to lasting improvement. That’s why, here at the Insight Treatment, we make sure to treat all aspects of an adolescent’s life, so that they can receive the best treatment possible.
What “Treating All Aspects of Their Lives” Means
Every teenager is unique. That’s not just something you see on a motivational poster or something, that’s the genuine truth. So, every teenager will have different emotional factors, each will have different psychological, academic, familial and even spiritual factors to take into account. Each of those has to be addressed for the most effective treatment. Of course, one of the most important factors to treat is the biological ones. All of the teenagers who would be a great fit at Insight come from different family situations, too. Families have different challenges and resources, which can further complicate things. No matter the situation, we can treat it here at Insight.
How We Treat
We’re proud of quite a bit of what we do here at the Insight Treatment. One of the things we’re most proud of is how we offer an individual, tailored plan for each teenager. To be clear, when we say “individual, tailored plan,” we mean it. This is a plan that’s unique for each teenager. That doesn’t mean that we just slap a different name on top of a plan from the past. No, whenever a new teenager comes to us, we start from the ground up, building a new plan that fits the teenager perfectly. That way, every teenager who comes to Insight gets a plan that’s right for them.
